Both levels have the same layout: one king and one queen bed in one room, and two bedrooms with two queens in each. All bedrooms have a TV and a private bath. There's an additional living room upstairs with a 42" Plasma TV, a game table, and two futons for your "drop by" company. The dining room table seats twelve comfortably, and there are seven stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include private, salt water pool, enclosed outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, two dishwashers, five burner gas stove and new convection oven, microwave oven, 3 DVD players, blu-ray, blender, ice maker, iron/ironing board, Keurig coffee maker and regular coffee maker, ceiling fans and secured Wi-Fi. With the large deck, the extended living area to the outdoors, the great tiki bar by the pool, and the gorgeous ocean view, you might not ever want to go back inside. A new putting green will be available for the 2023 rental season - Fun for the entire family.

Although this property rents for less than a week in the off season, before May 27 and after August 20, there's a three-night minimum stay required. The golf cart outlet is under the house. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
