One bedroom has a king bed and TV, one has two queens, and the third has a set of bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. The dining table seats six.

Amenities include three seasonal community pools, two on the premises, and one on the oceanfront, private beach access, parking underneath each unit, tennis courts, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, wet bar, blender, iron/ironing board, and Wi-Fi, . The community dock and pier is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. The deck overlooks the lagoon, or you may want to enjoy a restful evening sitting on the dock over the lagoon. Built-in grills are on the grounds for guests' use. This complex is located just off of Beaufort Street, and it's about two blocks from the beach access.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
