The oceanfront bedroom has a king bed, TV, and access to the oceanfront deck; the street side bedroom has a queen, and there are two single beds in the third bedroom. The dining table seats six and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, blender, and microwave oven, ceiling fans, iron/ironing board, and secure Wi-Fi with 1GB internet speed. Both TVs have Firesticks to be accessed with guests' login information.

This condo has keyless entry.

All properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
