One bedroom has a queen bed, and a Smart TV; one bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV, and one has set of bunk beds, with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. There's also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for your "drop by" company. There is also a crib. The dining table seats four and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. The bathrooms have been remodeled.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, high efficiency washer and dryer, dishwasher, and microwave oven, blender, 3 TVs streaming only, DVD, and secure Wi-Fi.

This property has keyless entry.

This condo does not have an outside golf cart outlet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.

Please note, condo association rules do not allow for golf carts to be parked on property.
