The dining table seats four, and there are two stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating.

Amenities include seasonal community pool, keyless entry, cold water outside shower, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, DVD player, and blender. This condo faces the west side of the island, which gives it a very nice view of the waterway, and some ocean view also.
