The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. This unit features secure high-speed extreme wireless internet, and expanded cable channels. This condo has 4 SMART TV'S in all bedrooms including a 55" Smart TV in living room. Cable television and Blu-Ray in living room; Master bedroom has cable; back bedrooms have digital antenna. Kitchen features a large fridge with filtered ice and water.

Keyless entry, Keurig K-Mini Plus coffee maker, Keurig K-Elite coffee maker with Iced Coffee capability, and water filtration system for the entire condo.

Amenities also include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Blu-Ray, iron/ironing board and ceiling fan. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests and are located by the beach access.
