COASTAL COMFORT – 14' X 28' PRIVATE POOL – 402 East Second Street – This beautifully decorated reverse floorplan home features five bedrooms each with their own bathroom on two levels. It is located on the corner of High Point Street and East Second Street and is approximately 50’ to beach access which makes it very convenient.

This incredible property has breathtaking views of the ocean (see photos of view) with the pristine white sand beach just steps away. Have your morning coffee sitting on one of the two decks enjoying the views.

On the first level of this property there are four bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second has a king bed, the third has a queen bed and a single bed and the fourth bedroom has 2 pyramid bunks (double on the bottom, single on top). Full size washer and dryer on this level.

Open floor plan on the second level with a living area, kitchen and dining area that opens to a porch with additional outdoor dining. There is one bedroom on the second level with a king bed. The kitchen is fully stocked and has two
refrigerators, two dishwashers, a microwave as well as a Keurig and regular coffeemaker.

Wireless High Speed Internet – HDTV’s in each bedroom. The lower level has a large pool, lounge chairs, table, and an outdoor shower. A gate provides easy access to the beach.

A seven night minimum stay is required. Please note, check-in time is strictly 3pm for this property. No early check-ins will be allowed.

*Sheets, bedspreads, and pillows are provided for each bed to ensure guest comfort and convenience during your stay. Bath towels are supplied for the maximum occupancy of the unit, and all linens are cleaned and maintained to high standards prior to each new occupancy. Linens will be delivered in a labeled bag and placed outside of the door prior to arrival. At the end of your stay, PLEASE PLACE ALL USED LINENS BACK IN THE BAG AND LEAVE IT OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR FOR PICK UP. Paper and soap products are not provided. The linen package is included with every reservation and is not optional.*

Golf cart outlet is on the left side of the right side driveway. Please do not use outlet on left side driveway. It will pop the breaker.

This property has an owner provided keyless entry lock. You will be notified and given the code before 3pm on check-in day.
