HI SEA - 5 Duneside Drive - This mid island house features four bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Downstairs one bedroom has a queen bed and one bedroom has two queens. These two bedrooms have private baths. Upstairs, one bedroom has two queen beds and one has one queen. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. There's also a queen size futon in the living room, in case you get any "drop-ins".

Amenities include enclosed outside shower, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, iron, blender, and secured Wi-Fi. This property provides cable service. There's a small kitchen table with four chairs, and the dining room table seats six. There's plenty of seating on the deck to have your morning coffee, or a cool evening outside enjoying the view of the ocean. Duneside Drive is a direct beach access street, and this house is only about 300' from the ocean.
The golf cart outlet is in parking space under house.
This property does not have keyless entry. You will be notified when the property is ready, and you will need to stop by our office to pick up your rental packet.
All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR RENTALS ARE NON SMOKING AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
