The two bathrooms are Jack and Jill style. There's a TV in each bedroom and one in the loft, as well as a 60" TV in the living room.
Amenities include enclosed outside shower, screened porch, central heat and air, dishwasher, washer and dryer, microwave oven, large stock pot, and Wi-Fi. The dining table seats six and there are four stools at the bar for additional seating. There's a boat dock if you want to bring your boat, or just sit and fish. This house is located on a beach access street, a short distance from the ocean.
Upgrades for 2023: All new decks and stairs. Golf cart outlet is on ground level, on the side of the storage unit.
