Upstairs, one bedroom has a queen bed, one has a queen and a single and one has a single and a set of bunk beds. There are two bathrooms upstairs.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, dishwasher, blender, iron/ironing board, high efficiency washer and dryer, and ceiling fans. This property does not provide cable, but a 65" Smart TV with YouTube, Prime, Hulu, Sling, Netflix, Disney +to be accessed with guest's account number. There's Wi-Fi, extended porch, deck with furniture. The dining room table seats six, and there are three additional chairs at the bar. This house is located midway between the Seabrook and Schooner Street pool, and the beach access, and a short walk from both.

The golf cart outlet is in the carport.

All our properties have pillows and bedspreads., but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided.
