3 Fern Court - This Island Park house features five bedrooms and three baths on two levels. Both downstairs bedrooms have a queen bed and a single in each, and they share a bathroom. Upstairs, two of the bedrooms have a queen in each, and one has two singles. There are two bathrooms on this level.

Amenities include access to two community pools in the Island Park community, one of them only about half a block away, enclosed hot and cold water outside shower, central heat and air, microwave oven, washer and dryer, dishwasher, blender, iron, DVD player, and Wi-Fi. The bathrooms have all new vanities. The dining room table seats eight. Sunbathe on the wrap-around large porch, while enjoying the great waterway and marsh view. The community dock is tide dependent, so be sure to pick up a tide chart while you're on the island. This sound side property is a short walk from both the beach access and the community pool. Make sure to have your camera ready for some great sunset photos.

This house has a golf cart outlet under the house, near water faucet. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads, but sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL OUR PROPERTIES ARE NON SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED.
